TASTING OF ALBERA DINÁMICA AT THE BESTIA RESTAURANT IN GIRONA

The Albera Dinámica collective was born in 2020 during the pandemic with the intention of bringing the wines to the homes of their followers, friends and customers. In this context of crisis, five wineries joined forces to address the drop in sales. The main action was the creation of the Caixa Albera in which Carlos Alonso from Carriel dels Vilars participated, one of the pioneers of the natural wine movement in Spain.

This article was created by Clara Isamat, sommelier and photographer expert in natural wines and Romina Ribera, historian expert in wine culture and history. La Caixa Albera was a success, with a sales level of 200 units.


After five years sharing the day to day in Albera, with a situation of climate change, hunting pressure, defense of the Natural Area of National Interest of the Albera, recovery of the diversity of an ancestral landscape and other jobs of the vineyard cycle, we have now created the first Pairing Dinner Cycle. The different wineries will travel to restaurants in the Girona region and present their wines from the winegrowers themselves.
