Elaboration

Manual harvest and directly pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 18/19 ºC, with indigenous yeasts. Bottled 6 days later and end of fermentation in the bottle. "Degorjat" in december 2022.

No sulfites have been added and no clarification, filtration or correction has been performed.

 

Edaphoclimatic characteristics

Terrain of granitoids with superficial sand.

Mild winters and hot summers. With the influence of the Tramuntana all year round, the dry wind that comes from the north passing through the mountains of l'Albera.

 

Taste note

Soft orange color. Aromas of light red fruits. In the mouth it expresses a pleasant acidity and fine bubbles.
