Manual harvest and 5-day carbonic maceration with the skins. Subsequent pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 18/19ºC. Bottled in March 2023. Unfiltered. No added sulfites.
Tasting note
Red color. Aromas of strawberries and candied fruits. In the mouth it expresses pleasant notes of acidity and is very fresh.
