Production
Manual harvest and direct pressing with a traditional wooden press to achieve the desired color. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 18/19ºC. Malolactic fermentation in the same tank and bottled in March 2025. Limited amount of added sulfites.
Tasting note
Bright provençal color. Fresh red fruits on the nose. In the mouth it expresses pleasant notes of acidity, and finishes round and silky.
