Production
Manual harvest and direct pressing with a traditional wooden press to achieve the desired color. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 18/19ºC. Bottled in February 2025. Unfiltered. Limited amount of added sulfites <30 mg/L.
Tasting note
Very pale pink color. Rose aromas on the nose. In the mouth it expresses pleasant notes of acidity, and finishes round and silky.
