Elaboration
Harvested manually and destemmed. Fermented and macerated for 21 days with the skins and aged in French oak barrels for 1 year.. Malolactic fermentation in the same barrels. Limited amount of sulfites added.
Tasting note
Dense and deep red/purple color. Complex, powerful and pure aromas, with hints of ripe fruit. The structure of the tannins is expressed with subtlety. This richness combined with an elegant freshness promises a long aging time.
